The category is open to organizations that have demonstrated exceptional innovation and technological advancement in their industry. This criterion evaluates the development and implementation of groundbreaking technologies, products, or processes that have significantly improved efficiency, competitiveness, or sustainability.
The category is open to government departments, corporate business, labour and civil society, and recognises departments and organisations that empower youth through the provision of training and funding for small business development in South Africa.
This award goes to an entrepreneur who has taken a significant risk to start a business.
Leadership: The entrepreneur should have demonstrated strong leadership skills in building and managing their business or organization.
Overcoming challenges: The entrepreneur should have overcome significant challenges or obstacles to achieve success.
This Award highlights the outstanding achievement of a young individual under the age of 40 or who have turned 40 in this year. The individual should clearly and effectively demonstrate their outstanding contribution to the organisations’ success and performance through innovative strategies and solutions.

She is a multiple National and international award winner and actively involved in the upliftment of women. She is a global goodwill ambassador recognised for her

Lynnette Magasa is one of the most respected and influential women in the South African telecommunication SME space. She founded and engineered Boniswa Group of Companies including Boniswa Corporate Solutions – a telecommunication services provider founded in 2004 followed by Boniswa Manufacturing and Boniswa Towerco. With its excellent industry adaptation and great services, and under Ms.Magasa strong leadership.
